Hey. I'm running Renewal server (offline) Rathena. Trying to get Instant Cast. I went to rathena_re > src > config > renewal. In here I have placed the /// in front of #define RENEWAL_CAST. I also set the dex required for instant cast to 130 in athena_re > confiig > battle > skill castrate_dex_scale: 130. Still dont have instant cast. Any help? Thank you.
