How to flux-cp in webhost

I`ve been trying for a complete day now but still im having this problem

I`ve set the users and db on mysql
Already set everything ok on application.php and servers.php
Changed binding address on mysql in my VPS

Solved, for those who are having the same issue, i just had to open the port 3306 (which flux uses) on my vps
