I'm creating skill tree customs, however, I'm not able to distribute points in the skills, I already changed the requirement in db/re/skilltree, but I still can't use the skills.
In this case, I wanted the skills to summon elemental balls to be available.There is no pre req configured for any skill.
I'm using Wiz as a base to then proceed with the other skills trees.
