Hello rAthenians, I hope everyone is having a good day. Forgive me for asking this question because I am having trouble finding where I can edit the time required for these skills to regen your HP and SP. The following skills are Increase Recuperative Power, Moving HP Recovery, Increase SP recovery and Spirit Recovery skills. I want to change the default 10 seconds to 5 seconds needed before the passive skill triggers on a player. Thank you very much and God bless rAthena!
