[Solved] Error when compiling

I'm trying to play a Naruto version of Ragnarok found here: https://github.com/eluvju/Dattebayo in offline mode. But for some reason whenever I compile I get this issue here: 

Think there might be things missing from the files in Dattebayo, but I'm new to to all this so I can't really tell aside from the compile error. If anyone could help me out to get the game up and running I would really appreciate it, thanks!

Update: Found the files in the source using visual, but they aren't accessible. Any help is appreciated!

Update 2: Made big improvements, I need help with the following things:

Whenever I launch the server using runserver.bat it gives me this: parse_char: Received unknown packet 0x2710 from ip '127.0.0.1'! Disconnecting!
Everything else works fine. Here is my file:

char_athena.conf 

My login and maps work fine, both don't give me errors. Only the char_athena.conf. But I'll send all for reference. map_athena.conf login_athena.conf 

Also need help properly setting up a client with Dattebayo, since it's custom I'm a bit confused on how to go about getting a client side offline version to work with it and using the  local server when its up. I've included the one I'm also working in. If anyone can find a compatible version of the kRO full client I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
