Mapcache is always empty?

I've done my best to search around and see if someone posted a similar problem but I've not come across anything.

 

Whenever I open my mapcache, it is empty.  Even after I add maps, save it, and go back to add more - it's empty.   I've seen screenshots of other peoples caches and they're full.  I'm just curious if there is something I'm doing wrong?
