Pheuma Skill Bug

you throw pneuma on your cell
and it's like I'm not

you have to jump over with body relocation
or exit and re-enter the same cell walking
for it to take effect recently

If you throw the pheuma skill in your same cell as the pj, it does not work and the acids will hit you, but when you leave and enter again, they already miss, what can it be?
