Player's Equipment and Status is not being updated

The player's equipment bonuses are not being updated and sometimes being a permanent status instead.
It never happens consistently but it happens randomly.

I believe the concerned file is clif.cpp but I have already applied the fixes that were stated from the rAthena's Github issue tracker but the problem still persists.
I have already disabled PACKET_OBFUSCATION.
