How to Connect my webhost(website) to myphpadmin(game server)

i have already fluxcp installed and theme installed, the website is running, already config the application ip add, ports,db. the problem is, when i try to login on my website, it says invalid credentials, and when i try to create accoun it say account name contains letters only.
