How do I translate the text here?

I have recently returned to use a Ragnarok emulator. I think that is because it is in Korean in one of these files in the Client's Data folder.

It's not Item name. but it is a count name in Quest info like ea, 1 ea, 5 ea

Which I couldn't find anywhere to fix.
