How to create Client?

Hello there follow rAthenians! 
I am struggling to create an actually playable Client for my Server that i created some days ago. Been searching and swearing out loud without any luck at all.  

 

I have download kRO Full Client 2019 06 19 from the forum which i currently will use. 
Question: How do i patch/diff/use NEMO to create an playable Client for my Server?
