Skill tab problem

Hello,

Client: 2018-06-20eRagexeRE

DataFolder: ROenglishRE

Note: The current job is Rune Knight.

When I set <langtype>0</langtype> in my sclient it shows all the tabs but the font is too small, when the langtype is 1 it only shows 1st and 2nd job skill tab. Also I'm trying to translate it without success.
