Palletes Problem

Hello, I have a problem with the pallets since the server does not recognize the pallets number 0, that is, the color 0, only from 1 onwards

my problem is on client.conf  i have

min_hair_style: 0
max_hair_style: 50
min_hair_color: 0 THIS IS 0, but dont accept my 0 pallete, only accept 1 pallete number or superior
max_hair_color: 251
min_cloth_color: 0 
max_cloth_color: 553
min_body_style: 0
max_body_style: 1

you dont understand me =C

pallete 0 = blondie

pallete 1 = purple

pallete 2 = brown

i need to read pallete 0, but only read pallete 1 or superior
