When casted severe rainstorm on people without ENDURE effect, it can be spammable
but when a player has endure effect, it needs to finish all the skill hits so I can cast severe rainstorm again. Its locked and needs to move one cell or many cells just to cast another severe rainstorm.
And lastly, how to fix weapon switching while Severe Rainstorm is in effect.
