What would be a good fit host serivces for say 100 people?  RAM/CORES/BANDWIDTH/LOCATION?

I am thinking tokyo/2GB ram/ xeon 2cores/100mbps it cost $35 on alicloud hosting, would this be a good fit or I should consider a way lower cost instead? Thank you ?
