I have a problem with the client.

Changed the client through NEMO.
The process of selecting a server is OK
Sign in OK
We are having trouble creating a new character.

As you can see in the screenshot, when I try to create a character, the message 'Resource File Loading Fail' is displayed and the client is turned off soon.

It looks like the file is in data.grt.
I confirmed that the file exists in grt.
The path is also correct, but the filenames are not Korean.

It is my situation that I grasped.
I hope you find a way to solve it.

I've fixed this problem.
I created another account and created 'char' so I could go on without any problems.
Perhaps 'Account num is 1'.

Uninstall the client, then reinstall it into a folder outside of the Program Files folder, such as the Documents/My Documents or Public/Shared Documents folder.

So you're saying that according to the CPU architecture (x86 or x64) the client will look for those files in different folders?

I install RO to C:/ro/client.

I used

kRO Full Client - 2017-10-09 - Includes BGM & RSU

this client.

if I use official KRO client from http://ro.gnjoy.com, will it work?

I use official KRO client from official site

I install RO to C:/ro/client again

and I face these.

I think the same problem what I posted first.

It seems to be the problem of the client anyhow, but it is not clear.
I still do not know how to use the client.
Could you tell me what Client diff means and how?
