The 3D model of that Flag is located under model/ÇÁ·ÐÅ׶ó/ÈÖÀå°¡·Îµî.rsm.
If you're just looking foward on editing the texture, you can find them file on texture/ÇÁ·ÐÅ׶ó/rponsramp_08.bmp.
