The buffer would expired in 1 month and the buffer would show an openchat like "EXPIRED IN 00/00/0000" 3 days before expired and he would message like this :
You need to contact GM to sustain the buffer
And if no one contact gm, the buffer would dissapear

I create a base guild with a custom buffer
