You Cannot join BattleGround Arena queue

Hi,

I have a problem entering DOUBLE LOGIN to BattleGround, which is necessary to remove the DOBLE LOGIN restriction

Message showing(use @joinbg)
You Cannot join BattleGround Arena queue. Double Login detected
