all weapon and shield sprites aren't working! need help

I'm quite new at setting up RO clients and have no idea which file I'm missing or if I messed up something, If anybody could help me out I'd really appreciate it. As you can see on the image, weapon sprites aren't working and so are the shields. I've tried all the weapons and none of them have sprites.

You're using client 2012+ right? if yes, while inserting a custom item..there are Guide to make iteminfo.lua / lub..on that part, dont miss the item_db.txt, that will causing no weapon view in game. I hope you understand this one..sorry im bad in English
