Neoncube - Create File error

Everytime I launch Neoncube I get the following error:

What can I do?

 

EDIT:

I already found the solution but now I have another problem:

Imagine that I want to extract a file to a second folder like: /gfx/sprites/file.png... If I put the folder inside the rar file, when it extracts it creates a new sprites folder on the main directory and the file goes there
