Map Not Found

Hey guys,

 

Having a been trouble adding a map. I watched the YouTube video BrowEdit Tutorial #10 but still having a bit of trouble getting the map to work on my server.

 

I have added the map's name onto both map_index and maps_athena, and added the file onto the map.cache as well(pre-renewal). I also made a patch for the map files and patched it onto my server, however it still says Map Not Found when I try to warp to it. Also recompiled everything already too.

 

Any idea what could be wrong?

Quick guide:

map_index - Put your mapname at the bottom

mapname<tab>1250

 

maps_athena - Put your mapname at the bottom

mapname

 

for the mapcache.dat. - use weemapcache.exe - you can google it

1.) Download your mapcache.dat from your db/pre-re/ folder then open it with weemapcache

2.) Click the File.. icon then browse into your map's files then open

3.) Click the save icon.

4.) Delete the mapcache.dat from your db/pre-re/ folder then upload the other one that you edited with weemapcache.exe

5.) Restart Server. No need to recompile
