Need help in customizing a lottery script

 

Below are the few things i need:

 

1) only GM lvl 99 can rig the lottery

2) lottery ticket (item 7528) is needed to buy the ticket instead of zeny

3) prizes can be set items or zeny and consolation prize for 5 winning numbers instead of 4 numbers.

4) players can bet as may as they want provided 1 ticket per 6 numbers.

5) players can view their hand picked/generated numbers on the NPC.
