I have tried searching for this issue but came up with nothing. I don't really know if this is a client-side or a server-side issue but I'm pushing my luck here.
I'm using 2015-09-16a client and tried using Buying Store skill on a merchant and I can see my character casting it yet it does nothing but just deducts one (1) Bulk Buyer Shop License from my inventory. No new window nor error message was shown. In addition, I tried using a Black Market Bulk Buyer Shop but achieved the same result with the prior problem.
Things to consider are below:
I've already checked the item_buyingstore.txt (both re/pre-re folders) and data/buyingstoreitemlist.txt and they were matched
Tried casting Buying Store and using Black Market Bulk Buyer Shop item next to a NPC which yields a valid error
I've also checked server-side logs and did not see any error
Should I need to provide more information to debug this, feel free to ask away. TIA!
