Problem about max level 255

I'm new to this and just wondering how to change the max level properly. Also the server im trying to build is high rate.

 

I do have 255 max level with maximum of 200 vit stats. The problem is when im a Royal Guard my HP only goes at 120501. Any advice on how to get the right HP equivalent to a high rate server Royal Guard class?

You can change the HP rate in player.conf but this will change the HP rate for all classes not just royal guard.
