Server rates?

How Do i set these? I don't understand how could I set these rates exp and item drop rates can anyone give me an example I see these servers with 1000x I  can't understand what to put in my server. I'm using pre-re. I'm planning on making a HR server I'd like to set my rates to 1000x1000x/80 rates how do i put them on the server?

battle.conf for exp and drops.conf for item drop rates.

Im well aware of where its located I just don't know what numbers to put in it.

100 = x1.00, 1050 = x10.50... etc.

I don't know if it can go above x100.00 though.

 

oh. and the exp is actually in exp.conf.     but I guess you already know that.

Tried changing it but nothing happens.

does it say anything when you run the mapserver (after recompiling, of course)? if it doesn't say anything then I dunno what's wrong.
