Deletion Time

Hi guys,

 

  Guys, guys, to need your help please.

 

I needed to change the time it takes to delete a character, because when you click to delete the character sits and waits 24 hours, I want to change from 24 hours to 5 hours, as I speak.

 

Who can help me please?
