Problems in Char server

Hi , I was trying to ride my server ragnarok for some users in a cybercafé , however wanting to mount it on my machine with windows 8 , followed a guide to which he was exposed on this same page ( I think the user name was leeg , your post called " like riding a professional server " , I followed all the steps at the foot of the letter , but on the way , but I ran into a slight differences in the installation of Mysql during installation to installation , threw me one warning rule 21 port 3306 , but the installation was completed successfully. the other thing different is the inter_athena.conf ---> which indicates that the user should find some sentence which start with sql .... but in its repository I do not appear sql, but those judgments begin with login , I went ahead ignoring this server to server . which brings me the following errors when creating the server.
