socket init: failed to set socket limit to 32768, setting to maximum allowed (original limit=1024, current limit=4096, maximum allowed=4096, error 1: Operation not permitted)

 

i want set maximum more 4096. i'm use Centos 6.

 

 

help me please. i wiill pay if you can fix this.
