can't make my db read .lua

I dont know what to do anymore, i tryed everything...
i just can't add custom items or make new sprites be read from the sprite folder.

 

and theres more... when i create the new GRF, the content that should be in:

data\sprite\¾ÆÀÌÅÛ
and
data\sprite\¾Ç¼¼»ç¸®

it just go inside the 

data\sprite\아이템

i did add the item to accesoryid.lua and accname.lua too. tryied to update both, tryed to use another GRF maker (grf builder and editor)... and the error remains..
 

 

and still i cant add items to item_db from Impot_tmpl folder..
It says that it doesnt exists when i use @item
