I followed and tried different setup but still have error like this help me pls

Both please send me pls? Do i need to recompile it? Anything that can change my max level to 255

i change the job_exp i copy from github but still only level 175 if i change it to 255 that is the error. can you send me a files that already level 255 sir? please help
