hello. i want to know how to close my server for other players make them unable to connect while i can and if i can let specific people able to login with me

the problem is after update 185/60 they changed some skills like genetic (hells plant) i want to make my server only lvl 175 and with the old skills maps items..etc !hell's plant old version (u can throw it on the ground but in the new version it casts on u and their is many changes like this i dont want)

Iam already using 2015 client
