Instructions:
1) Edit the file Localhost.kpsf;
2) If no language file for your language, create translation using an existing language files;
3) Create your own skin;
4) Place the files from the Web on your Web server
5) Edit the file settings.ini;
6) Make the necessary changes to the file update.ini;
7) Build settings in the patcher using ConfigTool.
