it is an old client (and an old emulator also 2009) both worked correctly together, I kept them here, because I stopped messing with this, but now I decided to open an old school server, and I have this problem.

I've tried with several setup configurations, and with several executable versions (hexed) but with everyone opens this way. I used this date / emulator a few years ago and it worked normally
