Just how they can pass the items? Can you give me any known ways based on ur experience?

Hi. im owning a private servers. I have one sub-GM which in charge of events the GM cant open vending, drop items, event trade, or even buy player vending it has @item and @zeny commands enabled. is there any possible way for them to exploit by giving items to certain player ? maybe there is a loophole i can cover up. Like example gm equiped item random killed by player till the equip dropped in nightmare pvp. Maybe it works or maybe not. Just a possible loophole. From npc or anyway that i cant think of.
