what section? newbie sorry!!

The normal character size is when you register for the first time when you log in log in I want to know how to manipulate it. so let say I want to create a new Server how on ragnarok world can I Manipulate the size of a character by means of Items Etc. EX: * item Pacifier =how can I make it to have an Effect? like Morph the character if it is use. ? * novice normal size but if I turn it to Super novice it Will morph With out Decreasing its level , Job level , Stats, Skills,? so if the character Super novice is morph I hope I can make it morpher than just morph if I add another item like pacifier or Costume Baby Suit.? I hope some one Can Any one her Help me? about my Problem?
