is there a GRF Builder that translates GRF file to English Data Folder ?

eh bakit yung sa ibang server ? and sa pRO ? even so, how can I fix this ?

Nakagawa narin ako ng sarili kong setup na server and I got the SVN and client work together. Pero parang may problema tungkol sa skills ng Rune Knight like Dragon Breath and Clashin Spiral. Yung Dragon Breath skill parang iba yung damage, 50k+ na yung life ng character ko pero 10k lng yung damage nya dpat 20K+ yun tulad sa ibang server na napuntahan ko. At sa Clashing Spiral naman, may friend ako sa pRO ( New Iris Server ) yung character nya LK pa lang, gianaya ko lahat ng items nya at stats at yung damage ng Clashing Spiral nya abot 17k+ [3.5k each hit], pero yung sakin 10k lang [2k-2k each hit] ang bawas. Help naman about dito kung merong nkakaalam thanks sa tutulong !

Now I've completed my server setup and finally got the SVN and the client work together. Now I'm wondering about some skills like Dragon Breath and Clashing Spiral ( Rune Knight skills ) these skill's damage seems to be not the same like on other server. Like the Dragon Breath, my character's Life is 50k+ but the damage taken is 10k only it suppose to be 20k+ damage, not on other private servers. And for the Clashing Spiral, I got the heaviest spear called " Cardo " and its taking 10k damage only it suppose to be 15k+ damage not like on other servers and pRO ( New Iris Server ). I want to change these skill's damage according to pRO ( New Iris Server ). How ? Need some support Thanks in advance !

Everytime I logged in to my server to make a character and when I enter I always got disconnected. And has this error in my charserv-sql " parse_char: Recieved unknowm packet 0x67 from ip '127.0.0.1'! Disconnecting! " --^ whats this error means ?

is this all a compiled rAthena SVN's ? Thanks btw
