just remove the // before #define PRERE (at line 8)

for recompiling i think you use windows so visual studio and rebuild

than recompile your server "./configure && make clean server"

upon checking the folder i dont have the file you indicated. is it a note file like the other? 

and on recompiling? how do i basically do it?

ive been trying all the things that is about this one. but it really dont work on me. 

all i want is the 

pre-renewal aspd,casting,exp,drop to the usual. 

if somebody would give a .txt of renewal.h reverted back to pre-renewal would be a big help.  

and how does recompiling works?

Emulator tries to send/save some data in the database but can't because of the corrupted table and then waiting for the response from MySQL server which response nothing as the result everything is freezing. I am experiencing the same thing. I dont shutdown my laptop just let it run for days now character isnt moving. Tried fixing all mysql tutorials but nothing happened. Should i reinstall?

[Running offline (no internet)]

I just downloaded  the offline pack. But when i turn off the internet it fails to connect. If there is internet it connects to iRo. 

I know its basic for most of you guys but i really have no idea how to make this work.

So this is the client that should be running right? 

So the 2015-11-04ragexe.exe  that came with the package connects to IRO if i have internet. 

Is there anything i should change like IP adress or anything for the ragexe to detect the offline server? Cos when there is no internet it fails to connect to server but if there is it connects to iRo. Hope you can help me figure this out not much of a techy guy here
