Hi I just started here so I really am a noob at this. So how can I change my settings or whatnot so that if I have 150dex my char can no cast? Thank you for responses

Ano ibig sabihin nung Recompile ? di ko magets eh. kakatry ko lang mag rAthena kahapon. Gusto ko kasi ng Max level na 255/70.
