Con respecto al primer documento este se encuentra codificado en formato lub y para ver correctamente el documento tienes que decodificarlo usando luadec, para la traducción del minimapa debes de usar Towninfo traducido

yo lo traduzco con google y traductor bing y en muchas ocasiones tienes que poner algo de sentido comun en las traducciones que arroja google y bing

como la perte de (teyiming) 테이밍 puedes intentar separar los caracteres yo los separe y me cambio a tiempo esa palabra xD ps el intento es lo que vale y hay que hacer hasta donde podamos.
