[Tutorial] How to Create Ragnarok Offline 2013 client [Tutorial]

Apparently, I'm an idiot.. How do I download ragexe unpacked? I tried both 'right click and download with IDM' and 'right click and save link as', but it didn't work. I can download the diff files, but I can't seem to figure out how to download the unpacked .zip ones. I tried using proxy, but it still didn't work. Anyone mind helping me? EDIT: If I download this (https://rathena.org/board/topic/103494-ro-node-2013-08-07-working-client-clean-data/), does it mean that I can skip step 2-4?
