You only need to (re)install the Java Development Kit a.k.a JDK. You might want to delete the old or corrupted files you have on your computer.

Well, it was my mistake. My JDK somehow had a corrupt install and I just notice when I used your program. I guess I should thank you. It's all working perfectly for the moment.

The bat file won't load any options.
