hello,, i'm having trouble to patch my 3ceam server with PacketV28.patch using turtoise svn. when i want apply i can see "1 failed hunk(s)",,so after i patched n checked the packet_db, it didn't change. using 3ceam r662 patch from http://code.google.com/p/3ceam/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2FPatches%2FAlpha%20And%20Beta%20Testing.. any explanation or solution? thx..
