Thanks. Wonderful tutorial. Used to have my own online server 6 years ago and now I pretty much forgot everything about it. However, this was simple enough to help me get an Offline one going again. There were areas where I had to improvise though and do a little research on "Google" in order to make it work. It seems you have a few steps missing or areas that needed a tiny bit more clarity.
