    How to make Monsters a bit Larger?

    @Docubo - No it's not.

    It's an edit on the grf most of the time.

    There is some grfs around the webz that has most of the annoying monsters to aim in super size[there is even a topic with links to most of the sprites at eathena but the links to them are dead]. Alternative you can always do it yourself using actor2.

    sir, can you point out some link to it. about this actor2? pls. I wanted to try it. thx thx thx. /ok

    1.) I got this problem about Shortcut List "Alt + M"

    The one where you put the value for "Alt + 1" and so on.

    The thing is it won't save, it goes back instantly to its default. Ex. /!

    2.) Disable "All skills for GM" I guess it has its new directory, cause its not there.

You can give your GM's all the skills in the game, which may lead to abusive GM's, but is also great for testing. Open up /conf/battle/gm.conf and look for:
// [GM] Can use all skills? (No or mimimum GM level)
gm_all_skill: no

    I want my GM "Disabled from All skills".

    3.) Lastly regarding monster display. I did Edit 0 to 1. But it didn't do any effect, not showing mob HP.

    Monsters with HP/MaxHP/Level/percent HP displays
To get your monsters to display either their level, HP/MAXHP or percent of HP remaining, open up /conf/battle/monster.conf. Look for:

    is there anyone who can answer some of my questions? just so you know.. I really did something to solve this problem.

    but I guess I need more time & exp. to solved it.

    yes...rathena have both renewal and pre-renewal database..

    just dont use renewal setting..

    download ka ng kRO. Wag yang pRO gamitin mo. LOL :)

    Ay ganun po bah.. hehehe okay po.

    1. Tama si Will Suranol, kRO dapat mong gamiting client, kompleto siya ng maps [Malangdo, Malaya, Eclage etc] at ibang updates.

    meron po akong working "Fully Updated pRO Client"

    nandun po yung (Ragnarok, Sakray, Valhala, Valkyrie, New_Loki) "Application File".

    so ano po ang gagawin ko para mag connect yung RO Client ko sa rAthena Files at makapagstart na?

    sana po ay matulungan nyo po ako, need efficient guide sa isang hamak na newbie.

    Don't we have a chat box on this site so that people can communicate fast and efficient like the other sites have?

    Ex. If someone would ask something.. people who is online can assist and point out the right Forum link instantly that would solve its problem.

    I registered in eAthena last February and so far what I observed in eAthena even here in rAthena the process of assisting/helping the new comers/newbies is totally slow took me days to get some replies, "regarding this and regarding that etc."

    excluding the time and effort of applying what people instruct you to do and the process of having the solutions if you got any errors.

    This is just a humble suggestion for a better communication.

    well for this guide I find it effective, it reach its goal... compared on reading the rAthena guide for some instances maybe..

    But I do hope that there would be someone if it's not done yet..

    someone who is EXPERT enough having the authority to do a "Video Tutorial" on what rAthena Wiki talks about. :D

    You have to setup a database for your rathena server. You can do that with phpmyadmin by adding an 'ro' database in phpmyadmin. Once thats done you have to import the .sql files which would be inside /sql-files/ the files you need are "main.sql" and "item_db.sql" (believe you only need those two). Make sure you import them to the 'ro' database you have created in phpmyadmin. If your still lost, and clueless about where to find this database; you have to make it.

    Edit: You need your sql server running while using phpmyadmin, and to use phpmyadmin on localhost in a browser you need a web server. Look into http://www.apachefriends.org, they have a program that has apache/mysql/phpmyadmin all warped one in one program/install.

    Hi I'm back... been busy on other stuffs.

    anyway sir I just wanna let you know when I IMPORT "item_db.sql" I got this ERROR below:

    then I went to "db folder" I saw that the "item_db.tx" has this "BLUE QUESTION SIGN" while others has "GREEN CHECK SIGN" :D

    I did some SVN UPDATE but nothing change.

    How are you editing/controlling your SQL database? I'm using phpmyadmin which is what many people use.

    1.] To change the password with phpmyadmin, you go into phpmyadmin in a web browser, click on your Ragnarok database

    2.] Then it will show a long page with 42tables, each with different names.

    3.] In that list find "login" and click on it.

    4.] Then your'll see a list of the accounts on the server, with the interserver communication password on the very top with the account ID being "1" and listing "s1" and "p1" next to it..

    5.] Then click "edit" on that, and change "s1" and "p1" to whatever you wish.

    Yes I got phpmyadmin working, Im in its web browser but.. How and where to find Ragnarok database? /hmm

    Newbie here... 1 quick question I'm stack at looking for the folder to rename... :)

    "Rename the import-tmpl folder to import. Leave the conf folder back to the main folder and rename save-tmpl to save."

    There's NO "SAVE-TMPL" in rAthena Folder to rename.

    Need guidance to solve this.. I've tried SVN Update but still no "save-tmpl" folder to rename.

    any assistance is greatly appreciated.
