I have a problem with fluxcp, it shows no options.

I have zero programming knowledge and have been trying to create an offline rathena server on my pc following this guide: But when i reach step 49 in the fluxcp installation: first it showed me an error for something related to the news that should be displayed on the page, so I changed 'CMSNewsType' to 1 and now, at least, the fluxcp is loaded and it shows the msg "No news articles have been found. Are you using the correct News Type? (CMSNewsType setting)". But the problem is that no options are shown, the page is mostly empty. Would appreciate any help. (EDIT) I fixed it by reinstalling fluxcp and skipping a few steps from the tutorial that modify application.php. Maybe I commented the wrong lines there.

Hello, thanks for the guide, is really usefull and I apreciate it but i have this error n hope someone could help me fix it... I dont know why it sais that table logs.loginlog doenst exist cause i already did the step 12. Also i think my login db has the correct communication user name and password and sex is set to S and the "1" thing is also done so... i dont know what can be causing the error... please help thanks :3
