Actually had the same problem. @reloaditemdb follows with @reloadmobdb isn't fixing it either (It supposed to tho). The server itself is using the Latest Revision.

 

if not mistaken you need to type @reloadmobdb everytime after you reload the server...

My client (on char creation) doesn't have any additional styles/colors available.

Of course, the client need some other settings in order to show on the char creation. You need a stylist for this one to work

By default, MySQL doesn't have a password. By running that command, you should IGNORE the first message, then press yes. set your MySQL password, then yes yes yes yes. Voila, you're done.
