/config/application.php what password did you set under InstallerPassword? Enter that password to start the installation.

That server is owned by Paradox. Which is, the developer of FluxCP. I wouldn't be surprise if his FluxCP version is customized.

By default, MySQL doesn't have a password. By running that command, you should IGNORE the first message, then press yes. set your MySQL password, then yes yes yes yes. Voila, you're done.
