But if its subnet try changing it in conf/subnet_athena.conf

subnet: 255.0.0.0:127.0.0.1:127.0.0.1

Change it like this and restart your server

subnet: 255.255.255.0:YOUR SERVER IP:YOUR SERVER IP

Hello,

how can i fix the error failed to connect to server on my newly setup VPS?

Successfully run the map, char, and login-server.exe. (No any errors)

until then logging in from my client,

Successfully created a character BUT Failed to connect afterwards.

And this will be put inside Input folder of NEMO..? I put the manner.txt inside the Input folder. Before diffing., then after, when i use the client, i was rejected from the server.

The error was clif parsing. And packet  version.  But without using manner.txt I were able to connect and play without error.. Why is that so.?

I remember before diffing.

 

It was "Disable Swear Filter" on NEMO patcher

Not "Enable Swear Filter"

So, meaning to say, I'll just need to add the manner.txt without choosi g "disable swear filter"?
