Alright, so my friends are generally discouraged by the job level curve, especially in higher levels, and since i'm making the server for them i was wanting to try to accomidate them. I was wondering, is there any way to make the experiance rate dependant on the characters base or job level? This would mean that you gain more experiance the higher level you are to counterbalance the exponential experiance requirements to level up. Mostly i'm just trying to make the game more suitable for the group's needs in this case.
How would i do this?

So i want to make it so that if a player is carrying a specific item, in this case an I.D. card, then specific npc's won't initiate dialogue with that character in the trigger area. If they aren't then diologue is started. How would i do this?
